About Our Classes
Zumba Class (50 minutes):
Zumba is the perfect workout for all fitness levels and is designed to get your sweating and smiling the entire class! This is a fun, total body dance fitness workout that will have you enjoying a interval style, calorie burning dance party experience!
Come in and give it a try! We promise you will love our safe, welcoming environment where you can get your groove on and dance away the stress and calories! Our motto is Leave It On the Floor and we know you will truly leave your stress on the floor and leave revived and ready to tackle your world!
Zumba Burst (40 minutes):
This amazing class combines all the wonderful aspects of Zumba and Zumba Toning in a40 minute format that will have you sweating, smiling and melting away the calories to some fun music!
This format starts by warming you up with a few fun Zumba songs and then moves into a few Zumba Toning routines to tone and work those muscles. We finish the class with more fun Zumba to keep you burning calories in an interval type workout that will have you smiling and sweating to the end!
Zumba Toning (30 minutes):
Zumba Toning takes all the fun dance fitness offered in Zumba and adds 1-2.5lb weights to challenge and tone your body in a new and fun way!
Pump up your work out withZumba Toning and give your body the challenge of fun Zumba combined with high repetition, low weight exercises! Anyone can shape and tone in Zumba Toning so come on in and try it free the first time!
This class is for all levels and perfect for anyone who has never experienced yoga before. This class is gentle, restorative and offers modifications for all participants as needed.
Bring your mat and move your body in ways that will support your health and wellness and bring balance and strength to your body. Feel rejuvenated and refreshed after this wonderful class!
Bellydance is a great way to get in touch with your entire body, mind and spirit! All levels welcome to any class. Get ready to shimmy, maya, twirl, use a variety of props and isolate your muscles in a whole new way!
Good Morning Goddess (60-90minutes):
Awaken your inner goddess with this great end of the week muscle stretch and flow! Using rollers, balls and straps, you will elongate and soothe sore muscles in a body positive, relaxing environment. The best part of the class is at the end-bring a blanket, an eye mask, a cozy sweatshirt and relax for an extended pose. Dar will mist you, oil your pulse points with aromatherapy and provide you with a steamed towel to help you unwind. You must experience this class first hand! This is a quiet class. Kids are welcome in the kids area, but must be aware of the nature of the class.
